Seijaku House
The Stellar | Resale Condo | 2207 sqft
A home on the west coast of Singapore, close to the sea and peaceful landscape. The design stems from embracing the beauty of nature and imperfection.​ We incorporated soft lighting, organic shapes, soft edges and a neutral palette to make the space bright and airy, yet cosy and tranquil.

By eliminating everything superfluous in design, we are able to shift its user's focus to what matters most to them: comfort, connection and clarity.
For the cabinet doors of the curved foyer niche, we selected a material that matched the appearance of the peninsula to create the visual perception of an extended yet cohesive space.
This design decision was also tactful from a utilitarian point of view, as our clients would have their morning coffee at the peninsula before moving toward the foyer niche where they would retrieve their keys and footwear before leaving for work.

“By making the space flow intuitively, it creates clarity for the user, making their lifestyle effortless.” Each area of this house, and the spaces in between, were curated with this thought in mind.
